Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands are made. Unless otherwise indicated, the products will be delivered within 24 to 72 working hours. The shipping price is € 5 to both the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are making shipments through another transport company, (CORREOS EXPRESS) the products will be delivered within 48h-72h and the shipping cost is € 7.50

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 14 working days from the receipt of your order, to request the exchange or refund (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Retail Trade Regulation modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19th).

Do not worry if within this period you do not have time to make the return shipment. As long as you let us know, it is enough.
